I’m Keki, a Career Development Coach and founder of Expat Career Development.

With over 10 years of recruitment experience at global companies like Disney, Uber, and Reddit, I’ve seen firsthand how talented international professionals can feel stuck, overlooked, or unsure of their next move, even when they have great experience behind them.

I’ve coached over 400 professionals from 32 countries to gain clarity on their career goals, translate their experience for the global job market, and move forward with confidence, combining my recruitment expertise with a coaching approach grounded in my Master's in Work Psychology.

Beyond one-to-one coaching, I also partner with organisations to deliver career development workshops and events that help employers invest in their people's growth. I've delivered workshops at companies such as Booking.com and many more!
